I have used other form builders in the past. I do prefer this one as you can create forms with out having to be a coding expert. It is easy to use and we have used it to create several different forms on our landing pages. Tracking is great on the forms using the hidden fields. Support is good, sometimes a bit slow due to time zones but they have been helpful in checking settings are correct and a few minor design improvements. I will recommend to anyone who needs a good form builder.
