Great experience so far. Forms are nice, UI is easy to use and forms load quickly with no issues. Emma from the customer service team has also been very helpful as well.

I just started using this App and I needed some help to do form styling so it matches my website theme. To my pleasant surprise, the customer support team is very helpful even though I'm on a free plan! Travis and Emma responded very fast and followed up to ensure what I needed was resolved. Greatly appreciated. This gives me confidence to do a paid subscription since I definitely need more than one form. So far it seems easy to build the form fields that I need, even without technical knowledge.

My use of this app is limited so far but I was impressed with how quickly and easily I was able to contact their support team and have them the resolve the issue I was having with my form. Both Emma and Lily were excellent to deal with and made what I had expected might be a headache and lots of back forth a painless experience. Emma fixed my issue and sent me screen shots and clear instructions on how to avoid the issue on future forms.

After configuring the form, I noticed an issue with the dropdown menu—it couldn't display properly. I contacted customer support, and they fixed the problem in no time. There was no need to log into the backend or modify any complex settings. The process was handled very quickly, and the response was prompt. Thank you, customer support representative Emma, and thanks to the technical team!

I have moved from the Shopify app and started using another provider. This was short lived as I realised that with my limited coding and tech abilities. However when I moved back I wanted to give my store a revamp and downloaded the Powerful Contact Form Builder which was exactly what I was looking for.. unfortunatley my lack of abilities was never more apparent than when I deleted I page and then Google was sending me Policy Issues. Thankfully I reached out to the PCFB team and within minutes Emma was on my case. She asked me about 3 questions and within half an hour the coding was fixed and the day was saved (YEAHHHH). Thank you so much Emma and the Developer Team there too. My faith was restored and I am quite greatful to have access to people who are willing to help, it does mean alot.

Firstly, 5 stars for the very flexible and reliable customer service. Emma and the dev team help us to design exactly the solutions with the app that we need for our shop. The result is a series of very flexible forms that simply look great.

Great Support. Have had a few website integration issues after updates which support was very quick to respond and rectify. Recently Emma from support dealt with an issue on off hours during the weekend and followed up to make sure things were resolved.
