My shop didnt use this app a long time, bur i can say that support team are great! i had few issues and they was very gentele an polite and solved my issues. And this app preaty usefull and simple understendeble. I made great flat form, that working great now. Idk how many time we will use this app (bisuness owner a lot of time changing his minds), but i hope it will be good as now in future too

Support is supper quick and helpful. Customization is way stronger than any app out there and even personalization from the dev team is very impressive.

This app is great and the developers are extremely responsive and helpful. Our ecommerce store was looking for a form where customer's can select a store they'd like to go to and from that selection, the form will be emailed to the store directly. Many form apps do not have that capability but this app does and it works perfectly.

Great!I really like their technical team, they solve the problem very quickly. Then the code structure of their form is written very well, and I can customize the appearance by myself, which fits my ability very well.

The app is working well, and I got a good support as well! I had a small issue that I could not save the change I made, so I contacted the support, and they responded pretty quickly. Ultimately, I just needed to update the app, but I just couldn't figure it out how to do it. They sent me screenshots, videos, and reference pages so that I can fix the issue. Even though I'm using the free plan, the support is stellar!

I am so thankful to have found this app. I tried a couple other ones before this, and they lacked the customization I needed for the admin emails. This one allows us to send the emails in exactly the format needed for our customer service software. Also, I needed some more advanced functionality for a couple of our contact forms, and the support team was able to implement it exactly the way we had hoped. Thank you for providing a quality product with top-notch service. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing a custom form builder.

Excellent app and service. I had a problem with getting notifications to my email when a customer uses a form. I reached out to the Globo team and they got back to me within 24 hours and once permission was given to be able to access the relevant bits of the store that needed fixing, they fixed the problem straight away. Very pleased! Really happy so far.

I needed a really detailed large form for people to fill out and this was the app to do it. Highly recommend. Also super fast support when I had an issue.
