Great app, easy to use and does exactly what your want. I am only using the free version for my mailing list but support has been amazing with helping with the customisation. Thanks to Emma！！！

This app has been a great, cost-effective way to provide an inquiry form on our site. Emma and the rest of the customer support team have always been quick and capable, helping with many different questions we have for them, from technical issues to helping the form look more in line with our store. After installing the app, I had questions, and their customer support agent, Emma, quickly resolved my issues. I like that you can chat directly with support when in the app and tell when someone is online to help. So far, the contact form has proven to be easy to create. Plan to keep this app installed!
