This app is exactly what I needed. Each user problem I have gotten held up with, the staff have been amazing to quickly troubleshoot and resolve the issue. So happy that I was able to create my own form and then put it everywhere I saw fit on my site. Thank you Globo Staff, your diligence in the matters I had has saved me on stressing out and losing time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. You earned 10 stars but they only let me give ya's 5.

Before install this app, I did read some of the reviews and people are talking about how are they really appreciate with this app support team. Excellent support. I had an issue with form submission emails not making it to a 3rd party address and didn't really expect Globo to be able to fix it, but I logged a support ticket as a last attempt before I switched to a different form. Globo fixed the issue quickly and without any more information from me, amazing!

This app is the best contact form app I've tried from the Shopify app store. It includes file attachment with the free version which is extremely helpful. The customer support team is very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend using this app and their other offerings.

We've been using this app for about a year. It's so easy to set up a form with it. The rare times I needed any support the Globo team have very very helpful, responsive and courteous. They really seem to want to do right by the customer.
