We've been using the app for our job application contact form and it's been working wonderfully for the last 2 years. 1 day the form disappeared from the webpage. I tried troubleshooting using the FAQs they had but to no avail. I reached out for help and Emma and her team was very prompt and responsive and helped solve the issue quickly. Thank you!

I have only just begun using the Powerful Contact Form Builder and so far I am very impressed. I only have the free plan as I only need the one form (at the moment), and it was extremely easy to put the form together and make changes as needed. The customer support is very good as well. I had a small issue and I used the Chat available and within minutes Emma had replied and walked me through the process to allow the developers to help with my query. The issue was fixed in no time, and Emma also followed up a day later to make sure all was well. That is really great customer support that is so very much appreciated, thank you Emma!

One of the only apps that has very specific features like dynamic e-mails based on form fields. Great support team, very fast and they've fixed any problem I've come across or created thus far.
