I just started using it, and it looks nice. Lots of custom options. I had an issue, and support got back to me in less than a day. It integrates nicely with Shopify.

I live in Japan. The support team responded quickly. If this explanation is accurate, it will give you an accurate answer. To me, they are the Avengers!

I had quiteeee a few questions, and Emma was SO patient with me and talked me through all of my options [which is nice b/c it's 12:30AM in NYC, so I was happy that we got so much done and that I didn't have to wait until the next day for answers]. She was impressively quick to provide screenshots of the steps I needed to take, she offered me options, and explained things clearly and succinctly. She is also just really nice and personable and made my stressed out situation more enjoyable. Thanks for the gifs and all of the help! I needed it more than you could ever know! *heart hand emoji* Idk how much you're paying her, but I do know that she deserves a raise. haha. ;-)

Great app, easy to use and does exactly what your want. I am only using the free version for my mailing list but support has been amazing with helping with the customisation.

Excellent and flexible customer service from Emma on multiple occassions. They were able to help me get to grips with the app during the testing phase, and committed to helping me with customization that wasn't natively offered! I will be definitely implementing this onto my store.

App is handful and very direct. Very supportive team and they are helpful. The development team is very responsive and did the best on my requests. However, the live chat is not quite working sometime, urgent problems might still need time to resolve.
