Great app. Easy to use for non-technical people. Huge amount of options when creating forms which is great. Very quick customer support if needed. Highly recommend!! Update: After nearly 2 years of using the app it's still working great. Support is very responsive and helpful.

The app is great and very easy to use. I'm using the free version and serves the purpose on my shop. The support is amazing!
