Powerful Contact Form Builder

Thanks to customer service representative Emma for her prompt and efficient support. My issue has been fully resolved.

Quietly broke the integration that sent form submissions to our gmail & no response from their support in 72 hours. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

This app does it all! And if something extra is needed, the friendly support team will quickly make it happen. Here are some examples of what makes this app and support team outstanding: 1) I did not want the form to have a "tab stop" on labels, so the support team added a snippet to my Shopify theme to remove them. 2) After the form is submitted, it gets initialized. But the checkbox's "unchecked event" was not running which left a conditional element (file upload) visible when it should not have been. The support team fixed this right away, and now the form displays the correct elements after form submission and initialization. 3) Custom smtp allows emails to be sent through our own domain resulting in professional email communication. As a result, the emails will always have a high quality score which helps to keep them from going to spam. 4) All elements can be styled using the apps "custom css" feature, or by updating the Shopify theme's css file (base.css). Note that we are using the Premium plan, which provide us with way more than we currently need but with room to grow as needed. Highly recommend!

I can't even express how happy I am with this app and especially with the support team! Emma and Taylor were amazing, they helped me with everything I needed and even did more than I expected as they formatted the form to match my brand/website theme. The form is extremely easy to build, like lego. Very customisable and there is an option just for about anything you ever need. Easy options to redirect customers to a dedicated page after they submit it, easy to add and format any fields and buttons. I can't be happier and will be using this app for any other forms I need. Thank you so much guys, I am very grateful!

Very good app to add custom forms - some small features in terms of tuning the UI are currently missing, but maybe already on the roadmap. Very userfriendly customer service, when using the chat functionality.

Amazing app with one of the best customer support teams I have experienced on Shopify. Every time I had a question or needed help customizing something, they responded quickly, professionally, and really cared about solving the issue. The app itself is very flexible and powerful, but what truly makes the difference is the support. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to build professional forms and have a reliable team behind them.
