Forms are easy to create and offer powerful functions. Statistics are also very helpful to monitor the number of enquiries. Support was very fast, helpful and friendly. 100% recommendation!

We've been using this contact form app for some time now, and it has proven to be exceptionally flexible and robust. The app offers a wide range of fields and settings, which can be tailored to fit any needs. One of its standout features is the integration with numerous email services, allowing for emails to be sent from our domain. Additionally, the ability to export and import all forms has been a game changer, especially for setting up across our multistore—it saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort. The support team has been amazing! Special thanks to Emma and her team, who made sure everything is working perfectly on our theme and builder. BEWARE!!!! I've had this app for a year and it's worked fine but for some reason it has not been working right for the last month. I've had customers reach out to me directly saying they tried to contact me through the form and it didn't seem right. After testing it for myself, it is sending a confirmation email from a TOTALLY different email address that is not mine and NOT my shop. I have missed out on a month of inquires from my customers and this is pretty devastating to my business. BEWARE OF THIS APP!!!! I tried contacting customer support and didn't get a timely response or solution. I have no trust or faith left for this app and will be finding another one.
