Powerful Form Builder is the best app with the most amazing customer support. I have never had to wait very long when I have any issue before it is fixed. I always receive the "how-to," but if I can't figure it out, they fix it for me very quickly, and it's always jus the way I wanted it. Emma has been an excellent support person throughout my setting up of forms!

Original Review: I wanted to like this app, it is easy to use and looks good. However, it says it offers conditional logic, but I was unable to get it to work. When I reached out to them for support, I was never able to reach anyone or get any responses.
