Used their help service once, the customer service Emma was very helpful and nice. The app is also nice, but I just started so not a very promising comment. At least they have a nice customer service!

Great experience so far. Less than a month using the free version to customize a form and it has worked great. Had a few kinks on my end that I needed tech support assistance with and they were very responsive and resolved my problem quickly within less than 24 hrs! Definitely highly recommend this app!

I tried this application because Shopify has the limitation of not having form solutions. I was very surprised as soon as I tested it. With the help of Harley and Emma (from support team), I was able to customize the form exactly as I wanted. Their support was incredible! Thanks a lot guys! My ecommerce has gotten a lot of value from this.
