Very good support. Emma helped me with sorting out an issue that popped up when I had to update my store's theme. This is the 2nd time I have recieved support since signing up, the first time was in the early stages when I first installed this application to my store. Both experiences have been pleasant with a postitive outcome each time. Would highly recommend :)

This app is awesome! Not only is it easy to use, it also integrates with multiple other services making data sharing and trigging workflows seamless. The customer support is outstanding, Emma is so quick to reply and get any issue sorted swiftly. Highly recommend.

Used this app successfully for several months before switching themes when it stopped working. Contacted support and had the issue resolved with a few hours, thanks guys!

We've been using the app on two stores for about 18 months or so and it does everything we need it to do, one site sends our contact form to Zapier to open a Zendesk ticket, the other site uses it primarily to directly send data to a Google Sheet. We had built out a very nice multi-step form as well for one site but it was for a short-term project. All not typical usages and many more integrations are possible, it does way more than we need. Support has been excellent, responding quickly to the one or two times we've needed to reach out.

This app works really well. We've been using it for years with no issues and one day there was a problem with my email rejecting the form notifications. I contacted support and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Highly recommended!

The app is very easy to use and employs a number of features that have allowed us to create forms with great detail. The support team have also been great to reply quickly to any queries.
