Very easy app to embed and use. The app is very user friendly on the customer side as well. ' Emma in customer service was more than great at helping me navigate the app as a new user of the app.

I had a question regarding crafting a form tailored to specific requirements. While I didn't achieve precisely what I had envisioned, Emma assisted me in navigating the issue and she even help me out to customize everything! Great customer service!

I have not launched this app on my website yet (I actually have not launched my website yet, but will tomorrow), but I do want to say I reached out to support for help building my contact form. I needed some customization and Emma was awesome! Customer service is really great!

We've been using this app with our web store for a couple months and it has been very helpful. The development team has been extremely responsive despite the time zone difference, sometimes sending responses to us on weekends and holidays (don't work too hard you guys!!). We've had no major issues, and the app/devs always seem to have a solution for any problems that have come up. They even wrote some extra code just for us for a specific use case! 10/10.

英語ができないため翻訳機能を使いながらの編集や問い合わせとなりますが、今のところ問題無く行えています。 突然問い合わせのメール転送ができなくなるエラーがこれまでに何度が生じているので少し不安は残りますが、迅速かつ親切なサポートのおかげですぐに改善されたので、今後も使用したいと思います。

The support was very good and they solved the problem quickly. If you have a problem, you will be able to take care of it right away because you will want to use the application in the future.
