Great experience so far. Less than a month using the free version to customize a form and it has worked great. Had a few kinks on my end that I needed tech support assistance with and they were very responsive and resolved my problem quickly within less than 24 hrs! Definitely highly recommend this app!

I tried this application because Shopify has the limitation of not having form solutions. I was very surprised as soon as I tested it. With the help of Harley and Emma (from support team), I was able to customize the form exactly as I wanted. Their support was incredible! Thanks a lot guys! My ecommerce has gotten a lot of value from this.

Great app, very easy to use and very handy! You can create your own customizable form by choosing the fields you want. Also, very satisfied by their support team, as I was chatting with Emma and she was very prompt to my request and managed to solved my issue!
