Powerful Contact Form Builder

The form builder works great and the customer service staff was very patient in helping me with various questions, thank you very much!

We've used Form builder for a couple years now and recently upgraded to the Premium Plan it is a vital part of our daily website communications. Had an issue and it was fixed extremely promptly by Emma, thank you so much, keep up the great work!

The form is great, easy to customise and looks good on page. Had a few problems trying to get it to fit in with our theme but Emma was quick to respond and really helpful.

Fixed my issue within minutes, and submissions are back to normal!
