This has been a game changer and is an amazing addition to my store! I was sick of the default Shopify contact form, the field types are limited and customers can't upload files. This app solves these problems along with being a far better experience for users with the conditional logic and easy setup. I had a couple of more technical questions (syncing with Shopify contact info and triggering the popup from a navigation link etc) and Emma in support was super responsive, helpful and went over and above to get things set up. Although I could get away with the free account I'm happy to pay for the app as it works so well!

I installed the app recently on a client's shopfiy store and it's exactly what we were looking for. There was a slight issue with the pop up form on Safari, but the support team were quick to respond and came up with a solution in less than an hour.

Great App. we use it for few years now for 6 different forms. first time we had a problem, with mails that didn’t sent to admin {shopify issue} support solve it in a day . Very satisfied. Update Jan 25 :We had an issues with submissions abuse .Lily at the Globo service have solved it for us fast and correct . Great form builder great service

Great App that does what is expected to do and a little bit more. Some features are really unique. If you're looking for a way to customize quickly and without effort your forms, this app should do the work just fine!
