If you're looking for a custom product inquiry app that is both user-friendly and effective, I highly recommend this one. The setup process can be a bit daunting at first, but the customer service team is incredibly supportive and will guide you through every step of the way. I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend this app.

This app is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, use, and implement. I have had only had a couple of issues with it, but support was quick to respond and remedy the problem. Would recommend this app to anyone.

Overall, the app has exceeded our expectations. It has made our daily tasks much easier and efficient. For the most part this is the best form build on Shopify that has the advanced functionality we need. Plus it integrates with Active Campaign. We experience bugs when they were making updates their app. However, the support team has been helpful. Think it's a good app for the cost!

The app has worked great, until it didn't, but they responded to my question quickly and had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours.

I have used lots of different forms in various websites over the years. This one is very easy to use, looks good and has great customer service. I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately a very glitchy app for me, i tried using it to create a custom account creation form, first the email field wasnt working with shopify, the first and last name fields werent working with shopify, and then it eventually stopped working.
