had an issue with getting an automation to trigger as well as some general back end tasks to sync. Emma was able to point me in the right direction and I was able to fix all my integration issues easy peasy

What I love most is the ability to create multiple forms without being ripped off on monthly prices. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond plus give clear instructions! Overall grateful as this help support my small business and startups. I’ll be using in my other stores too. No complaints at all, it is very versatile and fits good on the store.

The app is good, all my requirements are fulfilled in the free plan, and the app support is also good, they reply on time and provided me exact reverts which I wanted with screenshots, especially Emma. She attended me from support team and provided the exact revert and solved my issues.

I just installed an intake form on my website and needed help to get it to a good pace. I reached out the developer and Emma helped me make the form match my theme as close as possible. Now the form is live and looks like it belong on my website.

We've been using Powerful Form Builder for a while now and since switching our theme, autoresponders stopped working. Emma was very helpful and resolved the issue very quickly.

This form builder is incredibly simple and easy to set up on your website, even without prior web knowledge. It's user-friendly and serves its purpose well. The customer care, especially Emma, is quick and reliable when it comes to resolving any issues. The only recommendation I would make is to regularly check the forms and ensure that emails are being received, especially if they’re set to forward to an admin or catchall email address. Occasionally, the form may disconnect due to unforeseen and minor technical issues. However, the support team is always prompt in addressing and fixing these problems.

I have just started using this form and it seems incredible. Emma from Technical support team is vey helpful and go beyond the way to to help you. I will add further review once I get used to it more.
