Powerful Contact Form Builder

This app does exactly what our business needed. We needed a way for our customers to stay in touch with us and having a contact form did exactly just that. We had a couple of asks for the Globo team and they were FANTASTIC at getting our questions answered. Emma and her team did a great job at taking care of our requests. They were available late at night and were able to take care of us within minutes. We were very impressed! This is the second time we have used a Globo app and it won't be our last. Great work!

I started using this app after switching from Qikify and I am so much more satisfied with not only the customization abilities for the forms themselves, but the customer service is amazing! Qikify would always gaslight me into saying my customers weren't filling out their forms correctly or that my account had no issues. But Globo has been quickly solving any problems that arise, helping me setup and customize my forms to better fit my business, and have been super understanding of any questions I ask them. Also, the contact forms' designs are super easy and user-friendly for my customers. My favorite feature is the calendar where I can block dates off depending on whether I am available or unavailable on specific days. That feature alone has been a game changer for my business. I hope the positivity continues because I can definitely see myself using this app for many years to come! :)

Absolutely perfect APP for collect customer informations on your store. The form has lots of functions and you can custom it by yourself, if you still have other requests, just contact online cha, the customer service will get back to very soon and they will try to fulfill your needs! I like this app and will install it on my rest of stores!

My shop didnt use this app a long time, bur i can say that support team are great! i had few issues and they was very gentele an polite and solved my issues. And this app preaty usefull and simple understendeble. I made great flat form, that working great now. Idk how many time we will use this app (bisuness owner a lot of time changing his minds), but i hope it will be good as now in future too

This app is great and the developers are extremely responsive and helpful. Our ecommerce store was looking for a form where customer's can select a store they'd like to go to and from that selection, the form will be emailed to the store directly. Many form apps do not have that capability but this app does and it works perfectly.

Great!I really like their technical team, they solve the problem very quickly. Then the code structure of their form is written very well, and I can customize the appearance by myself, which fits my ability very well.

The app is working well, and I got a good support as well! I had a small issue that I could not save the change I made, so I contacted the support, and they responded pretty quickly. Ultimately, I just needed to update the app, but I just couldn't figure it out how to do it. They sent me screenshots, videos, and reference pages so that I can fix the issue. Even though I'm using the free plan, the support is stellar!
