The seamless integration with Shopify themes is amazing! It made the process a lot easier without needing to go through my code and paste it, or ask for support. We have been using this are for over a year now and it has met our expectations. I love the simplicity to set up the different forms we were needing. The best part is the customer service is top notch. They're very responsive, thorough and follow up to make sure everything is resolved when we have needed assistance. This even included weekends when needed. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to create forms that look professional and replace the Google forms.
