Good App. been using it in our Sign up form as it gives more features its very advance been using the free version and provides me all i need. they helped me install it in the website. will get the premium plan once we get a lot traffic.

Very pleased with this app. Although it can act up sporadically, customer support is always at the ready to come in troubleshoot and fix the issue. Customer service is top notch.

This app overall works pretty well. We haven't run into many issues, and the app is fairly easy to use. I am however, very impressed with their customer support. We had a question, emailed support, and received a helpful and thorough answer in under 20 minutes. Special shout out to Kennewick!

With all the third-party apps I have ever used for Shopify, Globo's form builder is one of the most user-friendly and well-designed app. The support service is very helpful and proactive. I Strongly recommend this app.

Support was nice and helped point me to the directions on how to fix my issues. I had some site compatibility issues with globo form that another vendor pointing out to me that was causing problems in my console.

This app is very helpful for me while I am in development of an improved site, to gather information from customers about what they need, until they have the ability to do it on their own. It definitely simplifies my process... the only improvement I would like to have is the ability to reply directly from the app, link the email address to my email provider so I don't have to copy/paste the email to my reply, it would be nice if I could reply directly from the email so that I had record on the email of their request. Otherwise, it's great and the price is reasonable, especially when considering what it has helped me recover in sales.

Before install this app, I did read some of the reviews and people are talking about how are they really appreciate with this app support team. Excellent support. I had an issue with form submission emails not making it to a 3rd party address and didn't really expect Globo to be able to fix it, but I logged a support ticket as a last attempt before I switched to a different form. Globo fixed the issue quickly and without any more information from me, amazing!
