With all the third-party apps I have ever used for Shopify, Globo's form builder is one of the most user-friendly and well-designed app. The support service is very helpful and proactive. I Strongly recommend this app.

I reached out to ask how to navigate making sure submissions aren't grouped together in a thread within Gmail, and their team was super quick to respond and solve my issue! I highly recommend this app!

The app has been a great way for me to create custom forms to require more info from customers and increase sales and reach. Recently after uploading a couple of new forms and implementing the link option to attach the form anyway a link can be plugged in, the forms glitched and wouldn't allow for comments section to be completed. I reached out to support who worked as quickly as possible to get it working again. Tina and Emma were great to work with and made me feel like a valuable customer. I will keep using this app with confidence they have my back.

Before install this app, I did read some of the reviews and people are talking about how are they really appreciate with this app support team. After I installed the app I was need a huge support about some of the important topics for us. And these support theme were amazing they are fixed our problems perfectly in 1 day wow! The app works fine and can be trusted to do what it is meant to do. The Globo customer service is outstanding. Emma and the team are making every effort to provide fast service and are helping with any required customizations that we asked for. I highly recommend this app and the team.

This app is very easy to use and the support is great too, very helpful and quick at responding. You can change the form theme in line with your brand which is a must.

We've been using this app for about a year. It's so easy to set up a form with it. The rare times I needed any support the Globo team have very very helpful, responsive and courteous. They really seem to want to do right by the customer.

I've used the form builder app on a couple of stores, and it works quite well. I appreciate the customization we can control with the form submissions for our own team, as well as the customization to the look of the form on the websites. Globo has been great to respond to help me sort through any issues that I have come across. Excellent app.
