Because it's easy to understand and customize I use it in multiple stores. It would be even better if you could add the class name to the form. Customer support was quick and polite, which was very helpful. It is an app that I want to use forever.

Excellent app with great features and everything you need. I like it very much. Unfortunately, it is a bit lacking in explanations, so if you are unsure, you will need support. The support is polite, so I don't feel bad.

Very nice app! Easy to deploy. thank you! とてもいいアプリでした。 導入もわかりやすく簡単にできます。 システム上の英語もChromeなら自動翻訳がかかるので問題ありません。 追記：使用してしばらく経ちましたが日本語に対応したりとかなり便利になりました。サポートも早く日本語でサポーター（エマさん）さんに丁寧に対応してくれました。

The forms let me do what I need to do (love the customizations) and whenever I've contacted support, they are prompt to respond and help us out. I REALLY appreciate that. The only "con" I have to this app is that if you use GoDaddy's email platform, they tend to filter this developers no-reply email as SPAM and it can take some creative ways to get around that (but it can be done!).

Emma and her team has helped me through SO many questions i have had. I recommend this company for almost every app they have built. I use about 5 of there apps right now and wish they had more because the service and execution is amazing.

Prompt answers and perfect customer service! The form creation functions are very good and we are able to build complex forms.

We've used this app for multiple types of unique contact forms on our site. It's easy to use and very customizable! We were also very impressed with the customer service when we had issues with custom code on our website affecting the display of forms in quickshop! They were friendly, efficient, and more than willing to help us figure out the issue!

We've been using this app since June 2020 for various forms on our website, it's super easy to work with and has solved many data capturing points for us. Plus the dashboard is super helpful! I reached out to them for support and Emma responded with super speed, super super pleased with the efficiency and helpfulness!

I had contacted Globo team for some help, They helped and sort it out for me promptly, They were really helpful. Would definitely recommend everyone to use their apps. Update 1: I had contacted with the support team in thier midnight time, They were very humble and helpful. Minor changes they did instantly for me. And bigger changes they did this morning. Very professional and helpful team. Would definitely recommend everyone to use their apps. Thanks again Kennewick and Emma :)
