A really great app and the support is excellent. We had a couple of teething problems getting it set up but the support team stepped in and sorted everything out quickly.

I am so thankful to have found this app. I tried a couple other ones before this, and they lacked the customization I needed for the admin emails. This one allows us to send the emails in exactly the format needed for our customer service software. Also, I needed some more advanced functionality for a couple of our contact forms, and the support team was able to implement it exactly the way we had hoped. Pretty easy to use - and the support is superb. Worked it all out in a few hours and now I have populated my site all the forms, and floating buttons I needed - they helped a lot for the bits i missed.

This has been a game changer and is an amazing addition to my store! I was sick of the default Shopify contact form, the field types are limited and customers can't upload files. This app solves these problems along with being a far better experience for users with the conditional logic and easy setup. I had a couple of more technical questions (syncing with Shopify contact info and triggering the popup from a navigation link etc) and Emma in support was super responsive, helpful and went over and above to get things set up. Although I could get away with the free account I'm happy to pay for the app as it works so well!

VERY misleading pricing. Says free for forms up to 12 fields, but not if you want a form that registers people. When I pointed this out to them support was very rude about it. I wasn't even going to leave a review if it wasn't for that rude reply. The only reason it's not 1 star is because support did get back to me quickly. It was only when I wasn't going to be paying that they decided to be rude.

Truly amazing technical support team! They are so knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The app works exactly as we hoped it would and when we couldn't figure something out, they stepped in an quickly took care of it. Definitely the BEST form builder app out there considering the functionality and support we received.

I installed the app recently on a client's shopfiy store and it's exactly what we were looking for. There was a slight issue with the pop up form on Safari, but the support team were quick to respond and came up with a solution in less than an hour.
