The support team response very fast! They are very helpful, I am very appreciated. But the app translation (Japanese) is quite poor , makes confusion, so I change it to English. I hope the translation get better.

I just wanted to add a simple contact collection form for a freebie download. It was easy to create and add to a page in Shopify. It also automatically integrates contacts into my customers list for email marketing. I did need to email tech support to customize my fonts but they were so helpful and did the work really quickly (and for free). I have the free version so it does display "powered by GloboForm" but I don't mind since this is for a one-time Zoom event and not my main newsletter form.

We had an issue publishing a change on our form. Emma was very helpful and quickly made sure our changes were made!

I just installed this app as I was drawn to the customisation options and look and feel. I ran into a problem and contacted support and Emma sorted it out for me very quickly. Highly recommend :-)

Fantastic Service, they assisted in installing the form onto my page. I am on the free version but so far its loading extremely fast and everything I need is on there. Highly recommend. Update: maintenance service is fast and fabulous as well.
