I am very pleased with this app. From appearance to ease of use, it was very well made. I did have trouble integrating it with my theme but the customer support was quick and easy. Having the form with the options and appearance this does will really help our shop tremendously. Thank you!

I used this app to embed a form onto my site and it was the perfect app I needed as it gave me a lot of customization to work with and the ability to ask different kinds of questions to my clientele! Customer support is great! There was an error with my form not automatically grabbing the customers email when they are already logged in. Customer support got back to me right away and it took a few emails back and forth but once we figured out the bug they fixed it within the hour!

I reviewed over a dozen form builder apps for use in my webshop selling dog food subscription services. Globo's Powerful Contact Form Builder was the only one that satisfied all my requirements as I needed one that allowed my customers to upload images of their dogs. The forms can be easily embedded in the shop and offer a good variety of options for customising them to your needs. I have used the forms for several year nows, and even though I have had occasional problems, Emma from Globo's support has handled them very quickly.
