I’ve been using GemPages for years now, across multiple businesses, and I can honestly say their support is in a league of its own. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you resolve issues quickly — no copy-paste answers, no back-and-forth delays. Every time I’ve reached out, the problem has been solved faster than expected, often with extra guidance or improvements I hadn’t even considered. I’ve used a lot of apps and services across many industries, and I’ve never experienced support this consistently good. It’s honestly surprising how high the standard is, especially over such a long period of time. GemPages isn’t just a powerful page builder — it’s backed by a team that actually cares about your business working properly. If you’re serious about your store, this app (and its support team) is a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

I tested a few page builders and I thought GemPages was the most intuitive to learn. Be patient when learning how to use it. Once you understand how it works, it's extremely powerful to building very custom and beautiful web pages. I've had to reach out to support probably 4-5 times now and they've been very responsive and helpful every time. Great experience for us!!
