Excellent support. The moment I heard that I get to keep the sections to use in the "Theme Section" even after I cancel the paid plan, it blew my mind. I don't think I am going to cancel the subscription because Gempages is definitely worth the money.

THE GRAETEST PAGE BUILDER WITH THE BEST SUPPORT! I am using GemPages for all stores I have since years. The support is always geat, and knows really what to do! They write codes for you, guiding everything with screenshots, create templates for you, absolutely great. I have never experienced such a great support in an app ever!

Great app and customer service. A learning curve to get your hands on it, but good app to get the landing page that you are looking for.

The experience has been great so far, I normally have a response within a few hours. The builder itself is very intuitive and you can make so many adjustments.

This page builder works very well, is easy to use, and the customer service has been exceptional. They are fast to reply to messages, eager to help, and make sure any questions are handled completely.

From the outset, GemPages' user-friendly interface made creating and customizing Shopify pages much easier than using the native customizer (Impact). It offers plenty of features, however, I struggle to decrease the loading time of the landing page. I have no IT background and coding isn't an option for me. I have heard from here and there that GemPages isn't the fastest option on the market and I am not sure if I am going to stick with them in the long run. // The reason for me writing this review is their customer representative Mona. Extremely powerful landing page app, very flexible and filled with templates if you struggle to get your designs from ground zero. Also, customer service is very rapid and can help you with complex problems (custom coding, etc...)

At first I was not very satisfied, because the support did not reply to me for a long time, but it turned out that they had holidays. The following days, support wrote me back immediately and they were even willing to customize things I needed. I have never experienced better support. Thank you so much whole team.
