Horrible customer support. Once you get them on, they are helpful but it takes DAYS to get anyone to reply. I work with website builders all the time and gempages have so many issues. The platform is super unreliable and makes changes itself. This is why you need constant help from the support who are impossible to reach. So unfortunate since the builder is very promising but any moment your live page can randomly change and stop working and thats just not realistic for a business. Ive never had such an unreliable experience with any softwares or platforms. I really dont understand where all the 5 star reviews are coming from.

Very easy to use once you get your head around it or if you have use other landing page builders. I think this is one of the better ones I have used and responsiveness is also great. I add a couple of issues displaying Afterpay and Recharge but the GemPages team were quick to help and fixed it. Loving this app!

These guys charged me for 13 months of 29.99 charges of this app after my store closed and I paused Shopify. I didn't ever uninstall it, I thought it was paused. I literally asked them in several emails to reconsider, refund only half, etc and they wouldn't budge, blaming me, their customer for not uninstalling the app. They would only refund one month citing "fairness to all" in the refund policy". So I logged back in and left this review. Beware

I have been using Gempages for about a month now and it has been an incredible experience so far. To start, this app is incredibly user friendly and there are no limitations to what you can create. Whenever i experience some challenges, the support team is always there to help. Keep in mind that the time of day you'll get active support depends on your time zone, but they will always get back to you in a very timely manner. Whenever I chat with support they are there every step of the way to help me. That has been the best part of using the service. The price is also very affordable, which is what drew me into it at first when I compared it to similar apps. I started building one page as part of the free option then quickly realized how much value for money there is with this app so I have now built out more pages. I also love how there is a minimal learning curve. I HIGHLY recommend GemPages!!!!

Totally recommended! It is an amazing app that allows you to customize your store with cool designs and many options. Their customer service is the best and they are always willing to help you achieve the result you want. Do not look for more options, work with them :). Thank you!

I'm a small business owner and at the moment don't have the privilege of hiring a web developer so I'm doing everything on my own, GemPages is by far the best website builder I've tested. It's fairly easy to use and learn, you don't need to be a professional to understand it and I love that. As with any app it takes time to get to know especially if you're a beginner but it's definitely not rocket science. It is on the pricier side if you would like to take advantage of all the features but all worth it in my opinion. Super excited for v7 to come out to be able to experience the current beta features in their full potential. This changes the game for people like me! Amazing customer service. Liam was so great at responding and helping me navigate a few things, something that should've taken 24 hours, took him 30 minutes. Very communicative and supportive! I'd 100% recommend GemPages.

Positives - very easy to use, much more flexibility and design options than you have with Shopify's built in page builder. So the ultimate final product is much better and more attractive. Negative - stunning wait times for assistance, and the current V7 doesn't allow you to break up any information in the standard Shopify product description (as the app description says it does) so the Product Description module has zero flexibility, which is a BIG problem for templates, since I have a serious need for this kind of function.

It is a lifesaver for someone who can build a decent Shopify website on her own without spending a lot for store development. Lot of possibilities to design on your own and customize things.

I have no programming background which is why gempages is so good for me. Its drag and drop everything! And it works! No bugs. Great service A+
