NO A/B Testing Feature anymore! One of the reasons i chose GemPages a year ago was because they had A/B Testing feature which was not perfect, but was good enough to optimize my landing pages. How they scrapped the feature in the new version and leaving those like me who prepaid for a YEAR in advance with no option to do a/b testing! I'm looking how to migrate to Shogun before next billing date.

At first i liked it, then i uploaded my new theme from shopify itself, 1 month work in my new homepage, then gempages just changed everything in the homepage, everything is gone. they cannot find it back. Its really horrible. First make a copy of ur new theme before you put it live.

If you want a beginner layout design, you can choose the gem page, but if you want a webpage with transition and animation, you must search for another web design platform. Gempage can't provide transitions and animation and does not support importing transitions from other web design platforms. In hook and crook you want transition then they provide other service which is paid. Means first you have to pay for gempage pro plan for enable there pro function and then buy another plan for animation and other things. This is not win-win situation in gempage and their customer. Waste of money.

Unfortunately, I spent hours working on a landing page for nothing. The AUTO save function and regular save function didn't work and the next day hours of work were for nothing. And the customer service is super incompetent. All they could tell me after hours was that the auto-save function worked and they couldn't help me. I will never use this software again.

I was testing different apps for funnel building and forgot to cancel the subscription, and they refused to give me the refund even thought I didn't use the app, I definitely recommend use funnelish it's way better

Don't be fooled, you won't be able to downgrade to the free plan once you subscribed. They ask you to delete the app and risk loosing your live-page in order for you to sign up again and select the free tier. Thank you very much

STAY AWAY. INSTALLS CODE AND DOES NOT GET REMOVED WHEN YOU UNINSTALL THE APP!!!!! Now the Site is LITTERED with all their Code!!! No mention of code being installed....their "AI" is a joke, it doesn't work. Stay away from this APP..installs Code and doesn't get removed when the App is uninstalled.

This app has proven to be quite frustrating. The code of this builder is inaccurate and causes issues on the pages we construct. To exacerbate matters, the support and technical team seem to lack the necessary knowledge. It's disheartening that they appear to be uninformed and unhelpful.

Discovered today that GemPages do not support Shopify's native translation system, as the pages are hardcoded into the theme's templates. Amazing. And offering a 15% discount on Weglot does not compensate for this. We just got rid of Weglot precisely because it's very expensive, and GemPages locks us in.

I am experiencing considerable frustration as I attempt to update my Impulse theme to version 7.2.0, only to find that the Gempages becomes wonky And will not display the page in the process. This issue is particularly concerning as I rely on it to operate the landing page for my subscription box service. Unfortunately, after receiving an initial response from support, I provided the requested information but have not received any further correspondence. It has now been three weeks without a resolution or response, which is simply unacceptable. For reference, my support conversation ID is 55544600619044, and my contact at support is Hugh. I granted Collaborator access as requested on March 10th, but despite my efforts to follow up every 2-3 days, I have not received any additional communication. While I am generally averse to leaving negative reviews or publicly calling out a company, I find myself uncertain about the appropriate course of action to take next in order to resolve this issue.

It was incredibly user-friendly and reasonably priced at the beginning. However, some troublesome issues have arisen now. Here are the pros and cons of my personal experience for your reference: There is a limitation on the number of products on the landing page. There is a noticeable color discrepancy issue after uploading images. While it can be resolved by uploading them to the Shopify folder and then placing them on the GemPage page, it's relatively inconvenient. I have been using it for many years, and switching would be difficult. I recommend that new users refrain from joining until the above-mentioned issues are resolved by the official team. The customer service team is responsive and attentive, but the issues are related to the company's product
