Big problem. I have created a landing page, but the shopping cart creates an incorrect design (different from the original store). GemPages shopping cart design is terrible. Emerald in support did not help me and told me to solve the problem myself. Support claims that the cart is managed in the main Shopify theme, but I don't have that. There is an error on the app side and they are not solving it. I paid 59 dollars, spent a whole day doing the landings and now I'm going to lose time and money.

It's such a pity that I can't add a bad review! Due to frequent bugs in gempage, the conversion rate of my store has dropped. Therefore, I removed the gempage product template for my products. However, when I updated the theme version, the products I had changed the product template for were once again associated with gempage! Even if the number of associated products on the gempage product template is 0! Do you know how strange this is! The gempage template doesn't set up a single product, but it works on hundreds of products!

I do not recommend using GemPages, as you will become completely dependent on it. GemPages offers an intuitive interface and is easy to use, making it accessible for users of all skill levels. Their customer service is friendly, although response times can be slow. However, I would only recommend starting with GemPages if you are prepared to use it indefinitely. If you downgrade from a paid subscription, you lose all editing and republishing capabilities. Additionally, it’s quite frustrating that the subscription is deactivated immediately upon cancellation, meaning you cannot use the service for the remaining period you have already PAID for. It’s important to note that maintaining a paid plan is essential for making even the smallest edits. Otherwise, you will need to start over entirely with a new provider.

Absolutely terrible experience. So many times we've run into GemPages limitations and errors—it's beyond frustrating. Publishing errors, progress not saving, and losing work are constant issues. I strongly recommend anyone considering starting with GemPages to avoid it at all costs if you value your time and sanity. Their live chat support is utterly useless—like paying $1 a day for a VA with zero knowledge. They simply listen to your problems and pass them on to a "higher team," which takes an average of 3 days to reply. My website can't afford to be broken for 3 days—it’s just not worth the money lost on GemPages.

NO A/B Testing Feature anymore! One of the reasons i chose GemPages a year ago was because they had A/B Testing feature which was not perfect, but was good enough to optimize my landing pages. How they scrapped the feature in the new version and leaving those like me who prepaid for a YEAR in advance with no option to do a/b testing! I'm looking how to migrate to Shogun before next billing date.

If you want a beginner layout design, you can choose the gem page, but if you want a webpage with transition and animation, you must search for another web design platform. Gempage can't provide transitions and animation and does not support importing transitions from other web design platforms. In hook and crook you want transition then they provide other service which is paid. Means first you have to pay for gempage pro plan for enable there pro function and then buy another plan for animation and other things. This is not win-win situation in gempage and their customer. Waste of money.

Unfortunately, I spent hours working on a landing page for nothing. The AUTO save function and regular save function didn't work and the next day hours of work were for nothing. And the customer service is super incompetent. All they could tell me after hours was that the auto-save function worked and they couldn't help me. I will never use this software again.

Don't be fooled, you won't be able to downgrade to the free plan once you subscribed. They ask you to delete the app and risk loosing your live-page in order for you to sign up again and select the free tier. Thank you very much
