Easy to use, great page-builder. Support team is second to none and are always available within an hours reach whenever we have queries or issues. Only wish their videos on Youtube and help documents were updated as sometimes I'd rather watch a quick video than wait for support. Other than that, great app!

I am addicted to Gem Pages! They always make my Shopify product pages look so much more professional. And on top of that, their support is superb! I've run into little snags that I just could not figure out, and have reached out to them several times. Each time, they figured out my error and helped me fix it right away. I definitely recommend Gem Pages!

This application is perfect, everything is customizable and you can really make extraordinary pages and sites. What's also great is the customer service, which is always there when you need it.

I love this app. It makes the design of my website so much better. Also the customer service is great. Whenever I have issues I can contact the Gempages support team, and they solve the issue within 15 minutes on average.

I am so very grateful that I found this app for Shopify! I love all the different ways that I can customize my shop to look the way I want it to - and the customer service was fast and super helpful! I was connected with Mona for an issue I was having with my site, and they were able to get the issue fixed very quickly and explained what all they did to correct the issue in case it happened again. Very grateful for GemPages and their customer service team!!

The app works very well and customer service responds quickly. We've been using the app now for almost 6 months and can only say good words about it!

The app is quite nice and it has a variety of features/pages. However, the chat support is never available for a quick question. I need to wait hours to get my questions answered usually when I am away from the computer - so it's very frustating.

Gempages is awesome!! Modern and easy to use interface! Using it gives great satisfaction but the thing that makes it unique is the assistance! I am very happy to use this platform to create stores for my e-commerce!

Honestly one of the best apps there is on Shopify. The team members are very kind, quick, and helpful. The app itself is VERY VERY customizable but easy to understand. You can change alter an element to have different settings for mobile or desktop, which is a nice touch. The app is very well built and easy to read/navigate.
