This app has proven to be quite frustrating. The code of this builder is inaccurate and causes issues on the pages we construct. To exacerbate matters, the support and technical team seem to lack the necessary knowledge. It's disheartening that they appear to be uninformed and unhelpful.

Ken was able to help me with multiple issues as well as being clear and concise with his explanations using Loom. Highlighly recommend the customer support feature on this app!

It may have one of the best customer support services I have seen, not only on a shopify app, but in general on all type of businesses. They really help you personally resolve any kind of problem is it was theirs. Specially Thanks to Tom and Liam that have been helping me.

Amazing experience with the UI itself and also the customer support. They always make sure to figure out my problem even if it's not 100% related to their app, but an another caused it.

I like the platform, it's easy to use and very customizable. Customer support sometimes takes a bit to get back to you but it's always with action and no BS. They even went as far as filming a video for a custom coding block I needed as I don't have much experience in that realm.

We've been using gempages on multiple stores and I must say, hands down the best drag & drop builder. What makes gempages amazing is the freedom you have in creating your store. Definitely brings out your creative side. Another thing worth mentioning is the customer support. They are incredible. Always fast and helpful. I have been usinf gempages fro the past few months now. Definately recommend! I use it for all my pages on my store now, it's very easy to create the look and style that i'm after.

too complicated to add products and support wont respond
