it sucks so much.....I used to like it but now I regret using it. Customer services used to respond very fast but now they are always offline.... the main issue with gem pages is that your live page will not look the same with the page you edited. the spacing, the size...image spending a whole day making the website look good just to find out it all looks messed up on your phone and no matter what you do, it does not change. No one is responding. So you have to turn off your ads, Frustrating. Beyond disappointing. Recommend you just stick to a paid theme. Gem pages makes your page loading speed slow too. GUYS, this app has too many glitches. IF you don't want to waste hours of your time just to have stuff not working as the way you set it up, it is depressing.

If you are on EST then don't waste your time downloading this app. Most of their support team is on GMT +7 and they will take forever to solve simple issues with their app. There are a ton of bugs that need to be addressed by this developer

Slowed my store down so bad we had to remove the app and have now hired a developer to find and scrape the lever over code. When I installed this app my speed was a 26, after this app was on the site it slowed it down to a 16. The app offers a nice page but bad coding slows your site way down.

Normally you will find on the list apps' scripts, imagery, videos, theme codes, etc.. If you're willing to, please please re-install the app and let us know. This app uses works fine. But now is just chaos. It is overwriting the code, buttons become double, etc... Since our customers started to write on social media about all the mistakes this app is causing and it started to damage our image against our customers we decided to delete this app. I would not advise using this app. Their customer service became very poor, they just send you articles to read but are not there to resolve the problem. Really sad.

The worst and most insincere customer support I've ever had with any apps on Shopify. They do NOT solve your problems, they do not respond for important billing issues, and other issues. Deleted this app and moved to PageFly Builder. Much better support there. Gem Pages support neglects their paying customers. They should be ashamed. Horrible.

I'm very sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. To clarify, Shopify controls billing for all apps in the app store, we didn't process the app charge. However, we have intenal process for refund and will be glad to adress a refund promptly Shopify directly. I have the case again with Ken ( who has been handling this case) and looks like that he had sent follow-up emails with instruction however, they weren't received by somehow. Our agent had contacted Shopify Advisor to process the refund with assistance of Shopify billing team. Your feedback has prompted a few things for us to improve: (1) We are QA-ing our support process, looking for things like better internal following-up system (2) We are considering to open phone call support service. Support is absolutely terrible. Slow responses, nothing ever gets resolved. When they do work on it, they can't read instructions or simple urls and burn a day through a lack of attention to detail. Lots of headaches if you are picking up this app.

Built a few landing pages for my store and I've have a few issues, so naturally I contacted customer support. NO RESPONSE! Even though they claim a 15 minute response time, I haven't got a response in 2 DAYS for my most recent issue, which is preventing me from running my store. Very dissatisfied and will need a refund if I can't get in contact with a support member.

Support is taking longer time to get a reply!! Having issues to integrate with theme even the first issue fixed BUT it will happen again!! Technical issue cant fix immediately!! Wasting time...Need a refund...

Horrible plugin and worse customer service. When we first installed the GemPages plugin our footer disappeared as it was re-written by the app and the support was unable to fix the issue. The video and carousel features were both broken and each time we reached out they said they would respond in 12 hours, never did, and never had a solution. If you are hoping to build pages quickly and seamlessly I would not recommend using this plugin. There are many other options that will be better than this.

It is really shitty that this app has no discernible way to cancel. It's not a function of the app, it's not in FAQs, you can't even google it. Unacceptable, especially after they went down and no one answered me for days.

Having a really hard time with page load speeds. I have done everything possible with reducing image files sizes and having both mobile and desktop versions. Removed all JS and other apps. But this I cannot get any of these gem pages to speed up. It takes longer to load than my native theme. This is so embarrassing, I feel sorry for my customers and not getting any help from support. Looks like I will be removing this app.

I have been using GemPages for about a year now and I am beyond frustrated. Our Gempage load time is Over 20 seconds per page. All images optimized. The more pages we made the slower our site became and it wasn't until it was too late that we found the issue. I wish I could post the screenshot of our page load waterfall. Take 8 seconds for gem pages to load, Before... any other script will load. Support was no help at all. In fact they tried to say it wasn't gem pages fault when they could clearly see the 8 seconds of GemPages as #1 load. Still they try to blame JS and 3rd party apps. This is not the case and it is clear to anyone. Use this app if you only need to create one or two pages. Not if you are creating more. Let me explain how bad this is. When I try to search for a file in the theme directory, the page crashes. Gem pages create a system that every page you create will be a new page template file within your theme directory. We we have hundreds of pages and it is has completely crippled our website. But, gempages does not care.

This app is a scam! I added the app to my shopify store and tried it out. I went with another app for the same purpose and uninstalled this app. I got an email 10 days later saying my trial is about to expire and to upgrade or my account will be suspended. I did nothing since I didn't want to use the app anymore. I am still being billed $29 monthly for this app through shopify. I contacted them and its been over a week and no response. I now just reinstalled the app so I can access the original account i made and figure out how to cancel my account so I'm not billed again. Even on my shopify bill it says the app is uninstalled but I'm still being charged. I think this is very sneaky and misleading. You should offer a good product people wasnt to use not trick people into paying for something they don't want and are not using.

Based on our app history record, it appears that you had subscribed to Professional Plan during the trial period that's the reason why you get charged for this paid subscription. Please be well-advised that you're invoiced in advance for the following 30 days. It does not work properly. Built one page, crashed many times. Moreover, it's hard to refund or unsubscribe! The supporter always says they have over a thousand 5-start reviews that like Amazon are FAKE REVIES.

Too buggy. It kept conflicting with every other application we use. Duplicated the menu 10xs across all pages. Had to delete our menu app. Then it started putting variations all over collection pages. Waited over 12 hours for help
