I really have a great experience with GEM pages. Most of the things I can do by myself. If it is to diffcult or I'm stuck i can always contact the supportteam for a fast response!

Been using them for years. Customer service is always fast and very helpful. I've tried every other page builder and they are by far the most helpful, and most efficient.

Im super happy with this app. First of all, it makes the changes I'm used to, as a web developer, possible. When I asked Costumer service for help on a problem I just couldn't see myself, they responded straight away and helped me fix it in seconds. This makes Shopify actually fun for developers who don't like the native design platform Shopify offers. Totally worth it!

Verry usefull application, you absolutely need it if you are a beginner, and not good with web design, he make your pages so much better, with a lot of option and template to inspire you, without mentionning the great staff that is always open to help Touqir you are the best

The support was very nice and helpful! I was having problems with my page and asked the help center for advice. After 30min I got an answer, and the problem was fixed by the technical team in less than 2 hours.

The app has a decent selection of templates but ended up not needing it. It is a little expensive so I would only recommend for businesses that will use it often.

I don't really know what i'm gonna say that can express how much the gempages support helped me through all my problems , they kindly answer all your question and do their best to make what you want possible for you , i really loved the team a lot ! And as an app it's amazingly designable , you can build your dream website using it , i'm still a newbie in it but it's very handy for beginners that's what i liked about it .

Honestly, I am not a tech person but this app is AMAZING, and the customer service is truly everything. Every time I speak with someone, they are able to figure out exactly what is wrong and help. I also love that I learn so I can manage issues quickly myself moving forward. This app was recommended to me and it is such a great addition to your store. WELL worth it. Not a big fan of page builders typically - always better to build out your pages manually in my opinion. However, Gem Pages are great for people who need to produce landing pages and blog posts and they lack the technical knowledge to code these pages. It is easy to use and builds beautiful landing pages and blogs. So why 4 stars? I would have given it 4.5 if it was possible. The only negative I have with Gem pages is a lot of the code that does not follow best practices for SEO. While this would have been a non-starter for me, the Gem Pages service team is great for editing the changes that we see fit. They communicate well with you and have solved all my issues same day as requested. I have mostly dealt with Walter, but the rest of the team is great as well. 5-star customer service 4-star product
