The staff is very attentive and provides solutions and video guidance when encountering problems that they don't understand.

The GemPages support team has been excellent. They helped us resolve a complex coding issue quickly, even on a Sunday. They took the time to review everything and find the right solution. Always responsive and willing to help when something comes up. Great support overall.
Server down during multiple hours. Still waiting with a lot of work and changes to do and no access.
