The support has been amazing from the Gem team. I've never done anything remotely similar to this before so have messaged for assistance a fair few times and each time was able to get help with all my technical worries big shout out to Ken and Kiran for being so great.

The GemPages support team is absolutely outstanding. As a new user, I had many detailed questions about publishing my first landing page, setting up Add to Cart actions, and connecting it properly to my Shopify store for ads. The team guided me through every step with clarity, patience, and real attention to detail. GemPages is powerful and intuitive once you learn its logic, but it’s the support team that truly makes the difference. Their professionalism turned a complex process into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent support staff. They respond quickly at almost any time during the day. They have all of my issues so far. The page builder is very intuitive and allows for any kind of page we need to be built exactly how we need it. You can keep it simple or push upsells and features. Only reason it is not 5/5 is that the integrated apps are somwhat limited in free options. You can quickly rack up a lot of monthly fees if you add too many apps without paying attention that they cost money.
With little time of use, it has been a good experience and the support was fast and efficient from Kayle.

This is a great app for building landing pages. I've tried a few and this has been the easiest to navigate with lots of great templates. Today I went through to support for the first time (using for 6 weeks) and they were able to problem solve for me within 60 minutes and the human help was excellent. Definitely recommend.
