Nếu bạn đang tìm một công cụ giúp thiết kế giao diện website tùy biến theo ý tưởng của mình, mình thật sự khuyên nên dùng Gempages. Đôi lúc mình có những ý tưởng đặc biệt chưa có sẵn trong thư viện, mình sẽ trao đổi với đội ngũ hỗ trợ và được phản hồi rất nhanh, sẵn sàng chỉnh sửa trực tiếp trên bản sao mà không lo ảnh hưởng đến bản chính. Nhờ Gempages mình có thể tự tay thiết kế giao diện linh hoạt mà không cần đến lập trình viên. Đây là công cụ mình sẽ dùng lâu dài và chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu cho những người đang muốn tự làm web mà vẫn đẹp, linh hoạt.

Amazing Support from Sinclair! I rarely write reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Sinclair from the GemPages support team. Not only was he incredibly fast to respond, but he also went above and beyond to help me solve a page design issue that was stressing me out. Sinclair was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — he walked me through everything step-by-step until it was perfect. It’s clear that GemPages cares about their users, and support like this makes all the difference. The app itself is powerful and flexible, but having a support team like Sinclair behind it gives you real peace of mind. Highly recommend both the tool and the team.

Okay not only is the app actually incredible and the things you can do with it but the customer service is amazing, I have been helped multiple times with custom code and they are always super helpful, especially Kiran!

great support, great app - i tried a lot of page builders but this one stood out because of how it implements with shopify and how easy it is to create great looking pages. I can recommend this. Also the support is really helpful!

It's pretty easy to use and if you can't figure custom stuff out the support is very helpful and will get into the back end of the site and look at everything to help you figure it out.

I have played with other plug in platforms, but no others are this user friendly. The customer service is AMAZING! ANYTHING I have had trouble with, they have helped me. their response time is quick. They send me videos on how to do things, if there is a coding error, they go in and fix that for me. I have had many zoom calls with them learning how to use the platform. They are patient with me, and super on top of my needs. This plug in also utilizes shopify, which some others don't. I love GemPages and the staff!

I was experiencing some coding issues with Klaviyo, and Ann was very patient and helpful and made my button to popup process seamless. Very knowledgeable support. Also, love all the things you can do inside Gempages, there's no way I could do this inside a regular builder. If you want an actual branded website, get Gempages.
