A friend recommended GemPages when we were struggling to customize Shopify’s built-in themes, and it truly turned out to be a game-changer. Within just one day of using it, we were able to build a site that looked and worked exactly the way we wanted. What really makes GemPages stand out is their support team. They respond incredibly quickly, but more importantly, they go beyond standard answers. They take the time to fully understand the problem and guide you through solutions with patience and clarity. Huge thanks to Rukki, Tony, and the Technical Team! In my case, they even created a custom fix and rewrote a template to get it to work for us. It was clear they genuinely cared about getting everything right. That level of dedication is rare, and I truly appreciate it. Overall, I’m extremely impressed and grateful.
Their support staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond with explanations, sending you screenshots before you even ask showing exactly what to do to ensure you get the best end result. Love the drag and drop feature and Version 7 is amazing!!! Super easy, no-code web design has never been easier....and oddly satisfying to see it all come together

Their help has been absolutely incredible – they respond so quickly, are always patient, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure I get everything working perfectly on my site. Extremely responsive help and dev teams make GemPages worth it! In the 1+ years we've run on GemPages, our team has utilized their help numerous times and we've seen features on the change log come to fruition in impactful ways for our site. Shopify itself is an absent corporate blob and their front end builder is really limited, but GemPages gives you real people and helpful tools for a highly customizable site building platform. As the user, you can balance drag-and-drop with actual coding to suit your needs.

I had trouble integrating Translate & Adapt with Gempages and the product variant just won't display correctly on my translated pages. Ken and Ethan offered their help and even made a custom code to fix the problem. Great product and service!
