Excellent app and excellent support!! 10/10. whenever I have needed something they are always there at any time and any hour. always very friendly and willing to listen to you and help you in any way they can. The app as such is quite intuitive and the best option we could get.

Excellent app to quickly make landing pages and other product pages for testing purposes. Very user-friendly and the support is excellent. Hugh helped us with any issues we had promptly!

I have never experienced such a great Support! Bella and the technical Team solved multible problems within less than 24 hours. Everyone is really kind and knows what they are talking about. GemPages is by far the best Page builder for Shopify out there. It offers great templates and allows to customise the pages into every detail. It works with a lot of integrations like review apps. A must have for every Shopify store owner!

Update: I'm working on this again 1 year later and still having similar issues. The platform is slow to load and support are not online during European business hours. App is good but support are rarely online, or at least not online during our normal business hours in the UK. So we send report requests then do not hear back for hours. With other apps at this price and of a similar nature there is always some support around to help.

It is very easy to use and understand, also more elements and functions. Designing made very easy and quickly, I just wish more updates on elements and features. Live chat support is also really helpful, Keep up the great work.

Gem pages is such and incredible application. It gives you complete flexibility in your creative process and is equipped with everything you will need to make a top notch unique website. Their customer service is fast and incredibly helpful. Sarah was so much help in resolving my issues. This is my first time building a website and she explained what I was doing wrong in such detail with images and video examples. GIVE HER A RAISE!

Take it from a total website building/designing noob, GemPages has been amazing to use. So much of it is super intuitive and the drag/drop functionality is great for getting your content on the page, then tweaking the little things til you achieve the perfect look across devices. The few times I've run into a roadblock, their support via chat (both Jane & Mona) has been a godsend. So glad I chose GemPages!

They used to be better, but as the company grows, they don't tend to personal issues. I think this is more tailored toward smaller businesses as they can lack on support when it is most needed sometimes. Overall good interface.

I have never experienced such a good level of support from any business and I have used many. The impression I have is that they are focused on getting to the bottom of your problem and finding a solution if it is needed (or point you in the right direction). They are amazing and so is their product.

To be honest the app has a bit of a learning curve, its not as easy as dropshipping gurus make it seem. BUT THE SUPPORT TEAM HERE IS BEYOND AMAZING. Honestly they make the process so much easier. Great team tbh.

One of the best things about Gempages is the customer support. When ever I had an issue or question , the support team has been quick to respond and has always been able to help me resolve my issue. They are friendly , knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to make sure their users are satisfied. overall I highly recommend Gempages to anyone looking to create beautiful, functional pages for thier online store. The app is easy to use the templates are gorgeous and the customer support is top notch.

This app is excellent. Makes page building so easy for someone like myself with almost zero experience. The GemPages team is OUTSTANDING. While phone support was not available, live chat support was and the service was excellent. The interaction was very friendly, and the support team went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered. They were even able to look at my shop remotely (with my permission) so they could be sure to understand the issue. Everything looks and works perfectly now. Thank you GemPages!
