Been using the app for a couple of weeks. All good so far. Prices are fair and the service is great and the team is always very helpful.

I had an issue that was bugging me for ages. The team went back and forth for a couple days to sort it and wouldn't rest until they fixed it. Above and beyond customer service!

I really like this application it allows me to create incredible landing pages with ease. I really appreciate the reactivity and the quality of the support that managed to answer all my problems, really it's very professional, I totally recommend gempage

This app is great for anyone who wants to tweak and make their site their own! It does take some time getting into the program and learning it, but the great thing is the team at GemPages are superb in customer service! If you have a question or need help getting something to work, we have always been able to reach out through the chat and get whatever it is we needed tweaked or fixed. 5/5 service and a great app!

This app lets you get as creative as you want,including metafields,GIFs,custom liquids.Possibilities are endless and its ease of use makes it a 5/5.Customer service is amazing too,helped quite a lot of times with difficult tasks

We use GemPages for more than 3 of our stores, which are high-volume and high-traffic, and often need custom features, codes, or help, and I absolutely love knowing that the support team is always a click away on the bottom corner of the screen. There has not been a single time where they haven't resolved my issues. Special thanks to Liam and Jonathan for implementing a custom box for my shipping times to sync with inventory levels!

I used Page Fly when I first got introduced into making a website but had too many issues and lack of customer service, Gem pages focuses on customer service and it helps a lot. I would have wasted a lot of time on YouTube trying figure stuff out.

This is a very powerful app with a lot of flexibility. For novices like me, there is a learning curve; but once you get there, you get there. The support (although there is sometimes a wait) is fantastic. I can't wait to see the finished product!

Very good and support were quick to help me out with a small problem. I would highly recommend this page builder. The easiest and most comprehensive one I have used for Shopify. This saved me so much in redesigning my website. I was dreading changing my theme, so I just created new page and collection pages with Gempages.

Was so done with the default page designs that Shopify had, am happy that Gempages allows me to design my store in my ideal. While I do not have too much coding experience, their team has been very patient in aiding me with ironing out bugs and issues I have with custom liquid coding. Their support has been very responsive and approachable, making my web building experience much more at ease!

Been using Gempages since around 1,5 years. It makes it easy for us to design beautiful pages about our brand, team and sourcing efforts. We also use it to design blog posts and easily insert video's and products. Especially the ease of adding a selection of products from a collection is great for selling in blog posts. We recently updated our theme and ran into some issues. Gempages support was very quick to help us and solve these. We're based in Asia, and often have longer waiting times for services that operate from a different time zone. With the 24/7 support we don't have these waiting times, and it's great to have any issues solved so fast.

I have been using gempages for my product page. I like this app and their service. I am very thankful to the customer support staff as well as the tech team at gempages for always prioritizing our concerns. They have helped me right away with my technical issues and have had them resolved in no time. I really appreciate their time and effort. All my experiences with GemPages have been wonderful including 24/7 customer service. I've worked with GemPages for a long time as an entrepreneur and truthfully I would recommend them for anyone attempting to build their own sites at an affordable price!
