Eddie was very helpful in resolving my issue in a timely and concise manner. I am still learning how to use Rise.ai so it's good to know there is some there to answer any questions I have.

BEWARE!!! I apparently installed this years ago and was just randomly charged $203! I never used this app...and I cant find anywhere to disput the charge or find out what it was!

We've been using the Rise AI loyalty app for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We recently revamped our employee loyalty program, and switching to Rise AI has truly been a game-changer. The bulk upload feature is fantastic. Plus, Itay has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process Thanks to Rise Ai, our loyalty program is now more effective and engaging than ever.
