i was charged $578 for this app i do not even know what it does or what it is for i uninstalled it immediately because i got an error..then i go to pay my shopify bill and i have a charge from YOU guys for almost $600 for WHAT?! i want a refund immediately! there is no way to get in touch with a live person from your company i tried! ive sent emails. I want this resolved immediately otherwise I am filing a official complaint this is fraudulent! you guys also only sent me one email to sign up on march 12th so how did this even happen

I recently installed the app and put it in use. Lots of interesting features that I'm planning to use to boost my conversions. More importantly, I had a technical question that I submitted to the support and it was resolved in no time and in a very friendly and supportive manner. Highly recommended! Thank you John and Eddie!
