We've only used this for Gift Cards, but it works well, and the support team is super quick to reply and help out when something needs troubleshooting. I would recommend on customer support alone.

Extremely difficult to use, good luck with customer service. They have only chat from somewhere around the world no phone calls no meetings online support can only send you videos or PDF instructions swim on your own or die.

When I had an issue with the email notifications, Pauline checked into it and helped me quickly. She also allowed me to use a feature that was only for upgraded plans, which was so kind and really helped us out since we only needed that one feature and not everything else in the upgraded plans. I really appreciated their customer service and we like the app so far!

This app has been really great for us. We use it to run our rewards program. Our previous rewards program was based on points and we had multiple customer contacts each week because it was overly confusing. The Rise program is really simple and straight forward and we've had great feedback from our customers. It was really easy to setup and we were able to simply import our existing customers into the Rise system. It looks great on our website and performs exactly as it should.

All-in-one solution for store credit! We wanted to give a better gift card purchasing experience AND revamp our referral progress. Rise allowed us to do both and manage it all from one place. We haven't rolled out our rewards program yet, but it will definitely be easy to do with Rise.ai. Also, love that we can integrate with our reviews platform! Customer Support is outstanding - super helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.
