We were speaking with Eddie from the Support Team to prepare for the launch and also troubleshoot any issues in the beginning - we are so grateful for his expertise and timely responses as he was extremely knowledgeable on the Rise.ai integration with Klaviyo and Shopify to get us where we wanted to be. There is no replacement for this app. This has functionality that no other offering does. If you need store credit and gift cards to function in the online store and POS, this is the solution. Eddie solved an issue for me and made this even better!

We have been using this app for over 3 years now on our main shopify store. It is a great app and works extremely well. Recently we integrated the app into our Shopify POS and had a couple of technical hurdles. John was able to assist and gave precise instructions how to make the necessary changes.
