There is no replacement for this app. This has functionality that no other offering does. If you need store credit and gift cards to function in the online store and POS, this is the solution. Eddie solved an issue for me and made this even better!

I’ve had a great experience so far setting up the app! The gift cards are beautiful and look amazing in the store. But I’m most excited about the rewards program! There is lots of great guidance available on the Rise site to help you set up, but when I can’t find the answer I’m looking for, the customer service team has been outstanding. They’ve kindly have helped me with all of my questions and worked through any issues. It does take a bit of time to set up, but the level of detail and customization is well worth it. I can’t wait to share this rewards program with my customers!

We have been using this app for over 3 years now on our main shopify store. It is a great app and works extremely well. Recently we integrated the app into our Shopify POS and had a couple of technical hurdles. John was able to assist and gave precise instructions how to make the necessary changes. Great friendly service.

This is an absolute must download for stores looking to offer a clean & clear loyalty program for their customers. It's easy to use on the front & back ends of the site, works really well, and has a broad range of options. Beyond that, the team is what sets Rise.ai apart. They are responsive, helpful, friendly, and get quick results. 10/10 recommend!

Someone hacked our rewards program and I panicked and went on the messenger and figured I would never hear from anyone. within a few minutes, Eddie hopped on, and was super informative and so attentive. Not only did Eddie help us yesterday, but I wrote him again today, and he knew the case from yesterday and continued to help. I thought that was really great, because he already understood what was happening. WE are really impressed with this app, and their customer service.

John has been incredibly helpful in answering my MANY questions. Very grateful for the support in getting this set up. We moved across from another loyalty platform with over 35k users and it was pretty stressful worrying how it would all work. Rise team have been so helpful in making the process stress free and creating a smooth hand over.

Had some issues implementing their default rewards page. Messaged them and it needed escalated to next level tech team. Figured I wouldn't hear back for at least a day and started to work on something else. Just minutes later I got a new chat window saying the problem has been resolved. Great customer service.

Just no. If you ever change levels, they will charge you the old platform fee + the new platform fee in the same month (paying double essentially). No usage days taken into consideration, which should be illegal frankly. We had to fight with them to get a refund. And their platform isn't very good... yet we ended up paying them $2k. I would not use this platform if I were you and if you do, be very careful about changing levels and the extra charges that they tack on. There are other options that aren't after your wallet. And BONUS, the make it hard for you to cancel. BONUS BONUS, you have to pay for your usage rate based on the quantity of orders you have as a store including ones that are totally unrelated to this platform (99.9% of ours were).

Like most Shopify apps, our billing system is automated and reflects any plan changes made during your billing cycle - so we always recommend reaching out before making multiple adjustments, just to ensure everything goes smoothly. We would never charge a merchant an amount that was not approved, and I’m glad we were able to connect directly and resolve the issue. Support team is very responsive. Integrates easily into Shopify store, best part is the ability to allow users to schedule gift card deliveries (great for use during the holiday season)
