Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

I spoke to various members of the support team over at Rise.ai to ask for assistance in setting up some minor customisations to the CTA on my gift card product page, as well as helping to display the Rewards widget only on specific pages (as it was obscuring some details on my cart pages). Eddie and the team were really helpful supplying the exact code snippets required to implement my requests, and even logging into my store via a collaborator request to manually make the edits himself behind the scene. I can't thank Eddie and the team enough for their help and highly recommend the app!

Great customer service answered all my questions quickly. The agent was Eddie. So far RISE is very helpful for me because I need to issue store credit to past customers and this is a wonderful option instead of refunds.

We were able to customize our Rewards & Loyalty program through custom-built Klaviyo flows and emails by speaking with the Support Team and having them walk us through the process of what we were envisioning. We were speaking with Eddie from the Support Team to prepare for the launch and also troubleshoot any issues in the beginning - we are so grateful for his expertise and timely responses as he was extremely knowledgeable on the Rise.ai integration with Klaviyo and Shopify to get us where we wanted to be. We're excited to see the results of our new program!

There is no replacement for this app. This has functionality that no other offering does. If you need store credit and gift cards to function in the online store and POS, this is the solution. Eddie solved an issue for me and made this even better!

I’ve had a great experience so far setting up the app! The gift cards are beautiful and look amazing in the store. But I’m most excited about the rewards program! There is lots of great guidance available on the Rise site to help you set up, but when I can’t find the answer I’m looking for, the customer service team has been outstanding. They’ve kindly have helped me with all of my questions and worked through any issues. It does take a bit of time to set up, but the level of detail and customization is well worth it. I can’t wait to share this rewards program with my customers!

We have been using this app for over 3 years now on our main shopify store. It is a great app and works extremely well. Recently we integrated the app into our Shopify POS and had a couple of technical hurdles. John was able to assist and gave precise instructions how to make the necessary changes. Great friendly service.

This is an absolute must download for stores looking to offer a clean & clear loyalty program for their customers. It's easy to use on the front & back ends of the site, works really well, and has a broad range of options. Beyond that, the team is what sets Rise.ai apart. Someone hacked our rewards program and I panicked and went on the messenger and figured I would never hear from anyone. within a few minutes, Eddie hopped on, and was super informative and so attentive. Not only did Eddie help us yesterday, but I wrote him again today, and he knew the case from yesterday and continued to help. I thought that was really great, because he already understood what was happening. WE are really impressed with this app, and their customer service.

John has been incredibly helpful in answering my MANY questions. Very grateful for the support in getting this set up.
