The rise app is does what we need without too much drama. But their documentation less than optimal... The tech support, however, is really outstanding. My recent interaction with Junalou was typical - good, concise information that pointed to an answer and a solution.

We use this app to manage gift cards mainly and it's very helpful. They have good customer service that offer quick responses.

The customer service reps provide helpful and detailed information in a very timely manner. There are certain things I wish I could do in workflows that aren't available yet, but for the most part, I can successfully create my own workflows that are specific to promotions.

I love that this app offers a great customer journey with their loyalty rewards. The gift card features are a wonderful bonus and the customer support when I have had some questions has been amazing!

App is easy to use and allowed us to migrate existing gift cards over to Shopify/Rise seamlessly. Customer service is also top notch, replies are always super prompt and helpful! Would recommend for sure.
