Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

I used this app to create Gift Vouchers on my site. This is my first paid for app and I'm so pleased with the integration, usability, customisation and intuitiveness so far. I hope to update my review once I have experience of selling the gift cards too.

We set up our Rewards program on Rise a couple of months ago. It is pretty simple to use with a pretty broad range of options, but my favorite thing is the support team. Sometimes the response takes a litte time, but they tell you that up-front. But, when they reply, they are always eager to help and provide lots of guidance.

We are using this app to allow customers to purchase gifts and send their friends and families eCards. Their app is very robust and their customer service is top notch - they're happy to have calls to scope out your requirements and help you do what you need to do. Roy in particular is great to work with!

Inexplicable charges and inability to retrieve invoices to understand how the charges have been calculated despite having zero usage. No thanks.

Update on 6/26/2020: Rise.ai's customer service does not cease to shine! Very responsive and attentive to their customer needs. The workflows are awesome as well as the email templates. They are a quick and easy way to activate and manage a successful loyalty strategy for my shop. Plus the customer service is excellent.

So far so good!! in about 20 mins I was set up and sold my first gift card. A much better price than having to upgrade my Shopify account. Thank you very much

Really cool app that adds some great features to our store, especially the bulk gift cards. This app gives us all of the functionality that we need and more. Workflows work incredibly and have allowed us to run promotions that we were unable to before. Support is the best we've had with any of our apps. Highly recommended.

WOW...the RISE crew is unbelievably helpful and their product is superb. We are always proposing new marketing schemes that require guidance and, perhaps, even some tweaks to how giftcards need to be handled (because of our 3rd party POS system). But the RISE team is ALWAYS ready and on the ball...helping us plan how to achieve our goal and assisting from the back end...And the wait time for support is negligible. So..once again...WOW.

Got a bit confused initially however the developers offered to contact me and walk me through and now i've upgraded my account. Really interesting e-gifting app!

This app has solved the store credit & custom gift card limitations of Shopify. Super helpful is helping us migrate almost 2,000 existing custom gift card codes & store credit from our previous site. We've had few bumps in the process, but the Rise.ai team has been super responsive and quick to get us back on track. Highly recommended!
