We loved how quickly Roy was able to migrate all of our old gift cards into our new POS to make checkout easy on our team and keep customers happy as well. The team at Rise was easy to work with & responded in a timely manner.

So far so good. It is a great app with lots of unique features. We decided to use this app instead of point based loyalty apps. Easy to use, too and very friendly and prompt customer support.

I have ZERO coding experience and these guys were there to setup my app and help me make custom changes FOR FREE. I emailed them back and forth for weeks getting help making tweaks. The customer service is the best I've experienced in a long time. They make a great product and back it with incredible service. If you're looking for an E-Card solution pick Rise.ai

Every E-commerce store MUST have a loyalty and giftcard program to retain re-engage and reward clients Rise has done a great job simplifying the process. Great Team! Fast response, and continued improvements! Highly recommend them.

This is a great app. We were looking for a gift card solution that would offer more and this one's features are great. We especially like that we can add our own custom greeting card designs and that users can schedule the delivery of their gift cards. We'd love to be able to customise more of the fonts and colours to bring the app in line with our site's look and feel but this isn't a deal breaker.

I love this app and its support team! They helped me with instalation during the weekend and now I can enjoy a great gift card system for my store. I used to be on Shopify plan with its native gift card but now, with this app, my gift cards are much more customized, customers can send their gift cards directly to recipients via email, message or print it, I can set up my custom reward program with gift cards... And that's all was not possibile with Shopify's gift cards. I really don't know why I waited so long to switch from native gift cards into this app which I fully recomend!

App was fairly easy to instal and the customer service is among the best I have experienced with App developers for my shop! Cost is a bit steep but let's see how well it pays off :-)

I love all the ways I can add gift cards to my marketing funnel. In addition, the support I get is from seasoned professionals that understand e-commerce marketing on Shopify. Our customers expect a flexible gift card option and luckily Gift Wizard lets us do exactly that.

We've had great success with digital gift card sales after implementing this app! You'd expect for Shopify to have this sort of functionality built in (sending a gift card directly to a recipient), but since they don't, this is the next best thing!! The customer service has been SO helpful in working through miscellaneous issues and customizations during install - seriously, I don't think I've encountered an app with quicker response times, and I've used dozens of apps. Five stars all-around.
