The crew at GiftWizard are very dedicated and offer outrageously good service! A few days back in order to get things running for us they fixed a software glitch, which was in our code not the app, they did that with good cheer, on the weekend...at about 11pm their time, say's everything really:)

I have not worked with a better Shopify app developer than Ari & his team at Giftwizard. Ari is brilliant. Their tech support is AWESOME. I have 20 years of experience owning software companies. I have co-created two very successful reservation software programs for hotels and resorts. I sold my companies and no longer have access to my own programming team. With my experience, I know a good product when I see it. GiftWizard is constantly upgrading, and adding new features. Best GC card in the biz. Highly recommend them.

I used this app to send out 260 gift cards via email for a corporate rewards dinner. The customer support I received was out of this world. I only had two days to turn this project around before the dinner. Ari was so responsive and helpful through the whole process and our client received exactly what they were looking for! Cheers!

this app is wonderful. I was having a bunch of issues and even accidentally signed up for the wrong plan. Customer service was fabulous to work with and very quick and understanding to what I needed. They walked me through things over the phone and resolved all my issues. this app definitely earned their good rating for excellent customer service.

Really happy with how easy this has been to install and for customers to use. Definitely helped increase sales since people wanted the option of gifting my digital product without having to buy and forward it.

Just started using this app and our customers love the new ability to send a gift card with a message, rather than just buy one directly. We will be promoting this feature prior to events such as Mothers Day or Valentines Day. Looking forward to using some of the other features such as sending gift cards in bulk to some of our best customers, or staff, or allowing customers to directly gift products. It took a bit of time to get it as customized as we wanted/needed it but Ari and team were quick to respond, hop on the phone and jump in and fix problems. So far, it has been a much better experience for our customers than the native Shopify gift cards.
