The GiftWizard team has been incredibly supportive & helpful all along the way, informing us of updates & new features when needed as well as replying promptly to any requests we may have had in the meantime. Ari has been infinitely responsive & attentive from the very beginning. The gifting system makes things easy for customers to place orders for friends & family, we definitely recommend it if you're looking for a great gifting feature or a pay-it-forward type of option. :)

This app is awesome! Our customers love it, it takes a ton of work off of our hands, and the support has been so helpful. It was also really easy to customize, which made me happy, since I'm not a developer :)

Can't say enough great things about Ari at Gift Wizard along with all the other folks behind the scenes! In a period of 24 hours they worked on fine tuning our site to work exactly the way we wanted it to. Their response time is within minutes of reaching out to them. We had some "special" circumstances with integrating our gift wrapping products with their Gift Wizard app and they came to the rescue, writing additional code to accommodate a user friendly interface for our customers. This is a great product out of the box but the real testament is the personal attention we received from their support staff. Big Thanks from all of here at Puppy Culture!

Gift Wizard is one of the most useful apps for our store. We have started using it only a few months ago and have already sent 90 gifts in total. We had an enquiry and they responded within a few minutes and dealt with it straight away. Customer service = outstanding. www.premierestateswine.co.uk

The app itself is great but the people behind it makes it all the more impressive! They are very professional and helpful. They definitely go out of their way to help you if you're stuck with something. Highly recommended!

*Rating based purely on customer service* UPDATE 2/29/2016: I was contacted by the GiftWizard team and they installed the app today. I considered removing my review but I chose to change my rating instead because I believe transparency is important in any business and people should chose this app based on the overall experience and not just one bad experience. At the time of this writing the app is working well and I have no issues with it. Original review 2/26/2016: This is a review purely based on customer service. I downloaded this app last week. I sent 2 emails last week asking for help with the app. no response. a week later i get an email apologizing and asking if I still need help. I reply this morning asking for help once again. Its the end of the day and not a response. Never got an opportunity to use the app so i don't know if its good. I'm removing it.

From the start to finish, my success manager got everything covered, the installation was flawless and he went above and beyond to fulfill our companys' needs. Great customer service and app, would definitely recommend it!

Had an issue after the easy install because I realized that for our customer base the app interface would need a little tweaking. Needed to buy the pro version for the customizations I would require. Support was pretty quick and very thorough.
