Gift Wizard makes gift giving very easy for our clients. While support is remote, the support staff has been very helpful.

We added Gift Wizard to our new Shopify solution, and couldn't be happier with the app, but most importantly the service. We ran into a small hiccup with our Gift Cards during a holiday promotion but was able to rectify the issue quickly thanks to Gift Wizard's wonderful customer support. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable, I'd recommend this app to any business looking to increase their sales.

I used this app to accelerate our gift card presence because Shopify's was limiting for what we needed. So far I have loved the product and the service that came along with it. Specifically, Yair has been excellent. He has communicated with me 24/7 to answer all my questions, even over Thanksgiving! It was so helpful having someone so responsive and understanding.

Shopify's native gift card app doesn't allow for scheduling and requires that that the gifter forward their receipt email to the giftee. Not the best gifting experience. Gift Wizard makes it possible for you to have those features AND stay in the lower Shopify plan until you grow. It was definitely a win for us. Customer service is 5⭐️super friendly and fast. Thank you!

2018/19: I started an automated campaign sending gift cards after purchase to people who spent over $100 and $50 and with-in a week I generated $1700 in revenue with $300 in gift card cost. That is pretty spectacular! ‍♀️ 2020: Update: I use this app for so many things, from give aways, first time buyers, subscriptions, etc and in less than a year it has generated over $42K. Noa and Roy are spectacular. The app has only gotten better since I started using it. App is super easy to use and set up. ‍♀️ Update again 11-17-21: Rise continues to be a valuable app on our store. We have been using it for years now and see it as a great marketing tool. The team at Rise feels like they are an extension of our team. We couldn't be happier. Not to drop names, but Pauline is wonderful. Helpful, caring, and really listens.

Using the free trial now and we are IMPRESSED with the ease of setup and will its integrated with the store's theme. We honestly just planned to use free trial, but this app is the LEGIT. Gives the store a little more edge and credibility. THIS APP IS A MUST HAVE!!!

The eGift processes of this software are nothing short of Revolutionary! Perfect way for the Last Minute Shopper to be Right on Time & perfect for the Recipient of an Unwanted Gift to turn it into a Wanted Gift with NO RETURNS! UPDATE: The team has helped me resolve any issues by making some changes. I will say they were very helpful once they were able to get back to me. When I see their customer service has improved significantly over time, I will revise and update my review. Thanks to the team for getting back to me in this critical week! I do appreciate your time and effort to help me get some issues resolved. We needed this app to offer gift subscriptions through an integration with Recharge. At the beginning it seemed to work, however recently the experience with this app has made our gift buyers lose trust in our ability to fulfill their gift orders. There are some kind of issues going on, however the support, or even responses are very limited from the team. I understand personally when there is a huge setback with your company, all of your efforts are diverted to solving the problem. However, keeping quiet and not responding to messages from customers is a d i s a s t e r waiting to happen. Please reconsider hiring someone to at least answer incoming messages in a timely (less than 1 week response) manner.

What a great app! It does everything we need it to! Highly recommend it! Was recommended this app by a friend who was using it on his store. Very easy to set up and the guys at GiftWizard were quick with the help (thanks Ari and Ethan). I set up the automated emails to send gift cards for big spenders and that has generated a couple of sales straight away. All great so far!

An excellent app. Maybe plans are limited for the beginners, but it is worth to try. Maybe the free trial should be a little longer but this app gives you more options than Shopify $79 plan. I have just started to use it and it's incredible how easy is to work with.

Very good product. Super attractive for our customers. Easy to sell and fulfill by the customers. Great also by the different possibilities to send the card, use incentives... The team is working on modifications to use the cards and egifts in other language. Good reactivity of the team with the chat...

We needed to generate 1,000 gift card codes to see if they'll sell this holiday season. After a lot of research, GiftWizard is the only app that can do it. It worked perfectly. It generated the 1,000 gift card codes without any errors and allowed me to download them in a handy CSV file to send to our gift card printing company. And GiftWizard's customer service is great, too. They're very helpful and treat you right.

This app does everything it says. It's shocking how difficult it has been to launch a gift card program that made sense. Ari is also really responsive and helpful with whatever you need. He even made small customizations for me an record time. I highly recommend you this app.
