Wish I had found this earlier! Get this app. It's really worth it and much needed. Would definitely recommend! I think this is great for sales AND marketing. Install went perfectly. Customization is great and very easy to do. Contacted them for support and they got back to me very quickly (Thank You Ari). Kudos to everyone in the team and keep up the good work!

Great customer service! I had a problem and messaged them. John got back with me within 15 mins. He listened to my problem and solved it within 20 mins!

The app is wonderful. We had a tiny issue setting up the code with our theme, but the support team was responsive and fixed the issue. We like the fact we can do more than just offer Gift Cards. People can actually shop for their gift and leave the opportunity for their recipient the ability to change size, color or even select a completely different item.

Solid 5-stars for this app. Sometimes, the best way to test how well an app will support your business is to break it and see how the developer responds. I found a small issue with a broken image on the gift fulfillment page. Reached out to the developer with a screenshot. Very responsive and thankful for identifying the issue. They corrected it promptly. Lots of value in this app if you want a gift card solution on any Shopify plan.

This is a great product for both new stores and successful stores. Great and easy to use app! Had it up and operating in just a few minutes. I had an issue with setting up the gift card campaigns. They emailed me back right away and resolved the issue within a few hours. I haven't started out yet and I really believe this will help us bring new customers.

4 starts only because the customer doesn't have the freedom to choose the amount of $ to gift. The gift card value is pre-set by the store owner. Overall, the app has worked fine for my store and the support team member, Ari, has been of great help when I've had questions! :)

Absolutely essential for stores that want a strong gift card program. We're still in the process of migrating to Shopify and weren't satisfied with the basic gift card system. I'm very impressed with this service - great management dashboard and upgraded gift card capabilities.

Ari was super helpful in getting us setup with GiftWizard. This app does even more than Shopify's built-in gift card solution, and at a fraction of the price!
